What It Does

The Task Card is a versatile block used to guide users through specific tasks or display contextual announcements. It supports multiple interaction types and can be linked to your Points Builder actions or used independently as an informational card.


How to Add

  1. Click Add Element
  2. Go to User Engagement Elements
  3. Select Task Card
  4. Drag, drop, and configure using the right panel

This card can be at least half-width of the page and cannot be resized smaller.


Common Use Cases

  • 1. External Link (Redirect to Task)

    Direct users to an external site to complete a task such as submitting a form or reading an article. Perfect for off-site forms, blog posts, or participation links.

2. Points Builder Task

Display dynamic task cards based on actions you’ve configured in the Points Builder (e.g., “Join Discord”, “Connect Wallet”).

  • Action types may affect the card layout and icon automatically.
  • You must first create the action in Points Builder to see it appear in the Website Builder.

3. Announcement Card

Use the card to make announcements with custom icon, title, subtitle, and optional CTA button.

Great for highlighting updates, news, or milestones without requiring user interaction.

Customization Options

  • Title / Subtitle
  • Icon (if applicable)
  • Button Text + Link (optional)
  • Task Source (linked action or external URL)
  • Points amount (if tied to a Points Builder task)

Tips for Use

  • Add Rich Text above task cards to group them under section headers (e.g., “Daily Tasks”, “Bonus Quests”).
  • Use consistent sizing to keep layouts clean.
