Questing Platforms

You can integrate various questing platforms by aggregating multiple questing scores under one source of truth. This allows you to incorporate diverse engagement activities into your unified points system. Currently, we support two major questing platforms: Galxe and Zealy.

How It Works

1. Platform Connection: We establish secure connections to your Galxe and/or Zealy accounts using the provided credentials.
2. Data Synchronization: Our system regularly fetches the latest quest completion data and scores from the integrated platforms.
3. Point Conversion: The fetched scores are converted to your program’s points using the specified scaling factors.
4. Unified Point System: The converted points are added to your users’ total points, creating a seamless integration between questing activities and your overall points program.

Configuring Questing Platforms

To set up a questing platform integration:

1. Gather the required credentials for each platform you want to integrate.
2. Determine the appropriate scaling factors based on how you want to value questing activities relative to other point-earning methods in your program.
3. Decide whether each integration should be active immediately or activated later.
4. Provide the configuration details through our API or dashboard.
