Overview

Our banlist feature provides a flexible way to prevent certain users from participating in your points program. This can be useful for:

  • Excluding known bot accounts
  • Preventing users who have violated terms of service
  • Managing internal testing accounts

How It Works

When a user performs an action that would normally earn points:

  1. The system checks if the user’s identifier (handle, email, or address) is on the banlist.
  2. If the user is on the banlist, no points are awarded for the action.
  3. All other users continue to earn points normally.

Configuration

Banlists can be managed through our API. You can ban users based on:

  • X Handle (Twitter username)
  • Email address
  • Blockchain address
  • Discord Usernames
